Windows only. Oba drives applications that run on Windows, and there is no build for anything else.

What the installer leaves behind

oba works in any terminal, from any folder.
The Oba window opens inside AutoCAD, Rhino, Blender, 3ds Max and Revit. Every one of those windows shows the same face.
oba --doctor says what is and is not ready.

Oba installs into its own virtual environment under %LOCALAPPDATA%\Oba. Nothing is added to the machine's Python, so nothing Oba brings can collide with anything already installed.

Two warnings you will meet

Windows shows its own warning about an app it does not recognise. That is Windows saying it has not been handed a signature for this installer, and it is the honest state today.

The first time Revit starts after the install it asks about an unsigned add-in. Answer Always Load.

Oba is invitation only right now. The installer runs without an account; signing in is what lets Oba think.
